A family cava on the Argostoli waterfront.

Anagnostatos opened its shutters on Argostoli's seafront in 1989. Since then the shop has stayed in the family, on the same street, with the same simple idea — a proper cava where a Kefalonian Robola sits happily next to a Scottish single malt.

The shelves are filled by hand, one bottle at a time. Walk in and you'll usually find one of us at the counter — happy to translate a label, suggest a food pairing, or wrap a bottle as a gift.
